Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to providing you with the best service possible and ensuring your purchase is delivered promptly and efficiently. The shipping and handling fees within the continental United States are approximately $5. For shipments outside of the United States, please contact Pamela before placing your order to find out additional fees. All orders are shipped via USPS. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer any returns or refunds at this time. If your book has been damaged due to shipping, please contact us for an exchange. You have up to 10 days after receiving the book to let us know about your desire to receive a new copy. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at pamelaheaven10@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
